The applicable incremental charge will be applied for each specified billing interval after the initial hour of an on-site visit or off-site work.

An on-site visit commences when a TechWorks technician arrives at the customer's premises.

TechWorks' standard service regions are Auckland and Taupō.

On-site visits outside the standard service region will incur a travel charge of $4.00 per kilometre calculated from the applicable regional boundary.
