1. Do you charge a call-out fee?

No, our first-hour rate includes travel within our standard service area.

2. What if the job only takes 20 minutes?

A minimum one-hour charge applies to all appointments.

3. Will I know the cost beforehand?

Yes. We'll explain any applicable charges and estimation before proceeding.

4. Do you offer quotes?

Yes. Many jobs can be quoted in advance.

5. What is your hourly rate?

6. How does payment work?

We collect payment at the end of each on-site visit via EFTPOS or Bank Transfer. Payment for remote and off-site work is collected before any work commences.
